- Business speakers are back. Staff at the clubs, restaurants, shops and gang spots can put a radio station on the house speakers, or pick a single song from a station's playlist, and everyone nearby hears it from that spot. It is all the game's own radio and its own songs, nothing streamed from outside the game.
- Weed shops can now give each strain an effect, and the joints and blunts rolled from it carry that effect.
- New calm effect: while you are calm, stress builds up much slower.
- Coke, crack and meth now give a short, strong boost, followed by a comedown.
- Car washes are open in Strawberry and Little Seoul: pull in, pay at the bay and watch your car get scrubbed.

Changed
- Getting out of prison is clearer: you are told the moment your time is up, even mid-job, and every visitation payphone glows and lets you out with a press of E.
- Kitchen work hides the step you just finished and the tables you already cleaned, and the tables are one pass instead of an endless loop.
- Workout sets now fill a progress bar toward time off instead of rolling a hidden chance, and the bench press shows how to get up.
- Dab cart batteries now stack, so you can buy and carry several in one slot.
- Picking weed with full pockets now tells you before you start, instead of after.
- The loading bar keeps moving through the last stretch of loading instead of sitting at 100%.
Balanced
- Container heists, store robberies, car boosting, vin scratching, the Bobcat heist and the prison break now need fewer police on duty, so they open up far more often.
Fixed
- Hands up works again: one press up, one press down, and they come down for real after a fall or a cuff.
- Breaking out of prison now sticks, so you no longer land back in a cell on your next login.
- Notes you carry show their writing again, and putting one back down works.
- Attaching a battery to a dab or CBD cartridge no longer uses up a second battery.
- Finishing a garbage route now also pays out the recyclable materials it always promised.
- A Purge payout owed to you for being offline when the night ended now arrives on your next login, not at the next Purge.
/purgeboardopens again after a Purge night has ended.
